Return Policy:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No Returns, No Exchanges (unless damaged).
Defective merchandise will be exchanged for the same products, within 15 days of receiving the product.
Please include the following information when requesting a return or exchange: name, description of item, order number, and reason for return.
Privacy Policy:
The Chute Store is 100% committed to protecting your privacy.
We will not disclose any information that identifies you to a third party. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. Period.
Your products will be shipped in a plain box or a FedEx, USPS, or UPS box with the return label indicating Off Chute Too as the sender. Your credit card statement will indicate Off Chute Too as the billing company.
Order Tracking:
You will receive an email from our store when your order is shipped containing your package’s tracking information as well as a Chute Store Online order number. You may track the package through the website of the assigned carrier.
Shipping:
The Chute Store Online ships to the 50 United States and Puerto Rico only.
We do not ship internationally. We offer Standard Ground shipping to all US destinations and standard shipping to Puerto Rico.
